Standard refunds return to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 7 days of receiving your return, plus 3–7 business days for funds to post.
Store Credit
- You may choose store credit instead of a refund — credited immediately after we process your return
- If you no longer have access to your original payment method, refunds are issued as KEZVOR Store Credit
- View balance: My Store Credit
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a different card
Cannot Refund to Different Card
For security, refunds normally go to the same payment method used at checkout. If that method is unavailable, we issue KEZVOR Store Credit instead.
