Your tier follows qualifying annual spend (excluding tax and shipping). Reach a threshold to upgrade automatically.

Level up & level down rules

Membership tiers are reviewed annually based on your qualifying purchases. Upgrades happen automatically when you reach a spend threshold; downgrades apply after the year-end review.

Automatic level up

  • Qualifying spend is counted from Jan 1 to Dec 31 each year.
  • Once your annual spend hits $45 / $95 / $215, you are upgraded to Silver / Gold / Diamond automatically.
  • Upgrades are typically reflected within 24 hours.

Annual review & level down

  • On December 31, we reassess your tier using that calendar year's qualifying purchases.
  • Your previous year's tier is retained through the current year, even if you spend less early on.
  • If current-year spend no longer meets your tier requirement, adjustments take effect on January 1.
