KEZVOR Rewards Program Terms

These KEZVOR Rewards Program Terms (“Rewards Terms”) govern your participation in the KEZVOR Rewards loyalty program (the “Program”). By creating an account, placing a qualifying order, or redeeming reward points, you agree to these Rewards Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

  • KEZVOR Rewards is a free loyalty program that lets eligible customers earn reward points on qualifying purchases and unlock membership benefits based on annual spend.
  • Reward points have no cash value outside the Program, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash except as expressly described in these Rewards Terms.
  • We may offer additional redemption options from time to time. When available, those options will be subject to any supplemental rules displayed at the point of redemption.

2. Eligibility

  • You must have a registered KEZVOR account in good standing to earn, view, or redeem reward points.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with our Terms of Service.
  • The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We may restrict or terminate participation where we detect reseller, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

3. Earning Points

  • Base earn rate: eligible customers earn reward points on qualifying eyewear purchases. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, 100 points equal USD $1.00 in redemption value.
  • Membership multiplier: higher membership tiers may earn bonus points at a multiplier applied to qualifying purchases (for example, 1.0×, 1.5×, or 2.0×). Your effective multiplier is shown in your account dashboard.
  • When points are credited: points are generally awarded after an order reaches a completed status. Points are not earned on amounts paid with reward points, taxes, shipping, or other excluded charges unless we state otherwise.
  • Qualifying spend: for membership tier purposes, qualifying annual spend generally excludes taxes and shipping unless we state otherwise in the Program materials.
  • If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially returned, we may reverse or adjust points that were earned or redeemed in connection with that order.

4. Membership Tiers and Benefits

  • Membership tiers (such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond) are based on qualifying spend during a calendar year. Tier thresholds, benefits, and multipliers may change from time to time and are shown on our Rewards program page and in your account dashboard.
  • Tier upgrades are generally applied automatically once your qualifying spend reaches the applicable threshold, usually within 24 hours.
  • Your membership level is reassessed on December 31 each year based on qualifying purchases made during that calendar year.
  • If your qualifying spend in a calendar year falls below your current tier requirement, your level may be adjusted after the year-end review and take effect on January 1 of the following year.
  • Tier benefits such as shipping offers, birthday gifts, upgrade gifts, and promotional discounts may have separate eligibility rules, usage limits, and expiry dates. Please refer to the benefit details shown in your account or at checkout.

5. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed at checkout on eligible orders when the reward-points payment option is available.
  • Redemption rate: 100 points = USD $1.00, redeemable in USD $1.00 increments unless we state otherwise.
  • Redemption cap:unless we state otherwise, the maximum points that may be applied to a single order is 50% of that order's eligible total.
  • Eligible amount: points generally apply to the merchandise subtotal and do not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees unless we state otherwise.
  • Points cannot be combined with certain promotions, coupons, or payment methods where prohibited at checkout.
  • If a return or cancellation affects an order on which points were redeemed, we may restore points only where permitted by our return policy and applicable law. Points used as payment are generally not refundable as cash.

6. Expiration and Forfeiture

  • Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, reward points expire twelve (12) months after they are issued.
  • We may send a reminder email approximately one month before points expire, but you are responsible for monitoring your balance in your account dashboard.
  • Points may be forfeited if your account is closed, suspended, inactive for an extended period, or used in violation of these Rewards Terms.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

  • If you return merchandise or an order is cancelled, earned points associated with that purchase may be deducted from your balance.
  • If you paid for an order using reward points, those points are generally not returned upon return of the merchandise unless we are required by law or expressly state otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in point balances or tier status.

8. Referrals and Promotional Offers

  • Refer-a-friend, bonus-point campaigns, coupons, and other promotional offers may have separate terms, limits, and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists, the terms of the specific promotion control for that promotion.
  • Promotional points or benefits have no value until credited to your account and may be revoked if the underlying transaction is reversed or found to be ineligible.

9. Program Changes and Termination

  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, including changing earn rates, redemption rules, tier thresholds, or benefits.
  • Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Rewards Terms, except where prohibited by law.
  • If the Program is terminated, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and may allow a limited redemption period for unused points, unless prohibited by law.

10. Fraud and Abuse

  • We may investigate suspected abuse, including duplicate accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized transfers, manipulation of orders, or use of automated tools.
  • We may withhold, reverse, or cancel points and benefits, suspend or close accounts, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe the Program has been misused.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEZVOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  • Our aggregate liability relating to the Program is limited to the value of the reward points at issue, except where a greater limitation is prohibited by law.
