Quick Answer
Some prescriptions label PD as "Distant" and "Near" (not "Distance"). The values work the same way:
- Distant PD → everyday / driving single vision
- Near PD → reading-only single vision
- Progressive / bifocal → usually Distant PD as the primary value
Use Two PD numbers on the KEZVOR form when your RX lists separate right/left values.
